What the Company Offers

A Chicago based ministry created in 1992 by Arloa Sutter and the First Evangelical Free Church as an outreach to the homeless community. Breakthrough Ministries has expanded it programs to include a men's shelter, substance abuse care, youth programs, and a women's outreach.
