Isaiah
40
by Sarina
All
flesh is as the flowers
They bloom and then they fade
Flesh is like the grass that withers
And soon gets blown away.All
valleys are exalted
The mountains are made low
A man brought down to his knees,
He is shown the way to go.Have
you people not heard
That the Lord God we serve
Faints not neither is weary
Has the power to preserve.Who
measured the waters
In the palm of his hand
Who raised the mountains
High above the landJesus
leads His children,
Like a Shepard leads his flock,
He holds them gently in His arms
And is their solid rock.
Those
that wait upon the Lord
And for His tender grace,
Will rise with wings as eagles,
Soaring to a much higher place.
