David And Goliath

Upon receiving a copy of David and Goliath I wondered how they could make a musical of the story that was truly any good. But I found that after listening to the musical I was impressed. The music was excellent and the story followed along wonderfully. There was never a dull moment when listening. I found myself comparing it to other recordings of musicals I had heard in the past, my favorites being Cats and The Phantom of the Opera. I likened it to these famous musicals in lyrical style and sound. I was highly impressed by the voices and felt that the casting was well done.

Looking through the cast and their roles I am amazed at the involvement of Babb and Schendel. What talented men of God! Praise God for servant's hearts such as theirs, men who are willing to do everything needing to be done to provide something that will glorify God.

I recommend that if you are looking for some positive listening entertainment and would like a message behind it, that you check out David & Goliath. You won't regret it.
