	Volume 4, Issue 2 February 2005 ********* MINISTRY NEWS ******* Regarding the move to Christian Scoop.com.... We are praying for God to provide us with a few good volunteers who can manage the webdesign end of things and to program the script we need to move all content to a database driven web management format. If you are the person please contact us. Once we have these things we can move to the new site and updating it will be so much quicker, smoother, and will be so much easier to navigate! We also need designers who have the time to get the Amazon links for us to add to each page. We see so many book reviews and product reviews going online each month that keeping up with adding links for the affiliate program is quite a challenge. Up to date news and info on Christians in media is sent out to Media Scoop each week. We need all of the support we can get, no matter how small it may seem. ***** CS LITERATURE CIRCLE ****** The Christian Scoop Literature Circle book club is looking for people to join and help bring to the group new discussions and to have a good time reading. Hey, if you are interested in helping boost the book club please visit http://groups.yahoo.com/group/CS_LitCircle/ and start posting! We are always looking for exciting books to read. If you are a member and would like to request that the group read a book or would like more information about the book club please contact us. ****** Content Added This Month ****** This month three poems were added to the site that were submitted by a visitor, who happens to be a staff member of our sister site T4JMusic (www.t4jmusic.com). You can read them by going to our website New interviews were uploaded to the site. These included Christina Mulroy, Leslie Carbone, Terri Blackstock, Bill Myers, Andy Paschen, and David Treybig. To view these, or any of our interviews, please visit http://www.t4jlibrary.com/interviews/index.htm. This month we have plenty of new book reviews for you to check out. We had 46 new book reviews added. To read them, go to http://www.t4jlibrary.com/reviews.htm. Watch the site in the near future because there are TONS more to be added! (To purchase any of the books reviewed for low prices please visit Ebay.com and search for trishableau in the sellers. She offers the books reviewed for low prices and that money is now being used to support the ministry. Teens4JesusMinistries is now registered but is not yet selling items on Ebay. Notice will be posted when that seller name is active and offering items for sale.) Movie/video reviews were added this month for Sterling, Veggie Tales: Duke and the Great Pie War, and Coach Carter. Keep an eye on the index page to learn more. We are trying to add more secular books as well. Though the site is intended for a Christian audience we don't expect Christians to limit their entertainment ONLY to Christian products. So we are trying to branch out beyond the Christian books to begin including other books and media as well. Your reviews are welcome as well. Or follow any of the links at the bottom of the pages. *CURRENT STAFF POSITIONS AVAILABLE*** We are still in the process of finding volunteers! We are looking for people interested in working on the T4J Library site and promoting it to the public. Be sure to pass that on to family members, friends, church members, youth leaders, and let them know about our ministry and what we are doing. We need people interested in writing reviews, doing webdesign, uploading information, promoting the site, conducting interviews, finding information about Christian people and media, and encouraging visitors to submit their own reviews and creative works for feature in our Writer's Showcase. Plus we are always looking for more ideas on what we can offer you on the site. * NEEDED: Volunteers with DreamWeaver who are willing to dedicate a few hours each week to uploading content. * * NEEDED: Volunteers to contact Christians in media and conduct interviews with them. * You can volunteer by filling out the application located on the site under the About Us section. There is a direct link to it on the index page of the site. We'd love to have you join us as a volunteer. (You can get letters of recommendation, community service credits, etc. from our staff if you need them. Even the smallest amount can make a major impact on the ministry and you might not even kow that!
